Veteran healthcare executive to support growth and community impact
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — On Lok, Inc. announced today the appointment of Claire Tamo as Chief Financial Officer. Tamo brings more than 30 years of healthcare finance, operations and executive leadership experience to the role.
Tamo will oversee On Lok’s financial strategy and operations, helping ensure the organization maintains a strong and sustainable foundation to advance its mission and expand its impact.

Tamo served most recently as CFO for Providence Health & Services’ Northern California Service Area, leading the finance organization across a six-hospital region in Sonoma, Humboldt and Napa counties. She previously held executive leadership roles with Pacific Partners Management Services, Altais/Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford Health Care, and Sutter Health. Her experience spans financial strategy, healthcare operations, value-based contracting, organizational growth, and mergers, acquisitions and integrations.

Tamo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fresno. She has also completed executive leadership and healthcare development programs through Harvard Business School, Stanford Hospital & Clinics and Sutter Health.
