Cook is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior management experience across international markets and strategic operations in the semiconductor, electronics and software development industries. As an experienced non-executive director with board level leadership experience, he has proven success supporting boards in growth-stage and within established companies, driving financial transformation to achieve sustainable profitability and operational excellence.

His semiconductor and electronics industry experience includes Executive Director & Global Vice-President Finance & Operations at FTDI Chip, a fabless semiconductor company headquartered in Glasgow, UK with a global footprint, where he led the global finance and operations teams, establishing key metrics and financial governance to create the foundations for a private equity sale. Earlier in his career Graeme worked at Steward, now Qnity Inc, a global leader in materials and solutions for the global semiconductor and electronics industries, holding senior management positions including General Manager of EMEA and General Manager of Asia.
